In this episode, I break down one of my favorite tools that has helped me manifest my biggest life and business dreams - a Vision Board! A vision board is the opportunity to put out your dreams to the universe in a fun, visual, and physical manner. I go through the key questions you should ask yourself during this process, such as: What type of person do you want to be in the future? What does a day in the life of that person look like? I also share details about my previous vision boards and how the quote “make your visions so clear that your fears become irrelevant” has become my guiding mantra for the coming year.
